What to Expect

On your first visit, Dr. Jordan will take some time to understand your past medical history and any current complaints. This will include a full health history and any orthopedic or physical examinations deemed necessary.

It is important to review any medical conditions or previous injuries, as these could affect your treatment.

The Adjustment

Since your body is a kinetic chain, it is important to check ALL spinal segments for proper motion. That is why Dr. Jordan typically adjusts full spine. Extremity manipulations may be utilized for knees, hips, ankles, shoulders, etc. A diversified manual adjustment technique is used 90% of the time; however, a low impact but effective handheld instrument may be utilized for certain areas or in acute conditions.

Cancelation Policy

In order for us to continue to serve the chiropractic needs of everyone in the Pure Balance Community, please be courteous and provide notice of at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. This helps the practice run efficiently so we can better meet the needs of those waiting for an appointment.

No-shows or cancelations made without 24 hours notice will be charged a fee, as detailed in the practice financial agreement.

If you are more than 10 minutes late arriving to your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to still see you that day; however, in order to be sure those arriving on time receive quality care, you may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the cancelation fee.

Deposit for New Patient Visit

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required in order to schedule the initial appointment, which will be applied toward the total cost of your first visit. Your card will be kept on file & will be run at each visit for cash patients, or for the patient responsibility reflected after insurance processing.
